As an Exhibitor, there are an array of sponsorship and branding opportunities available to boost your presence at the 2017 California Accounting Show & CPE Conference, June 6-7. See what benefits are awarded for the different levels of sponsorship.

Co-Sponsored Luncheon Service
 for Conference registrants – total of two, one each day, $5,000 each. 

This lunch program is the most important and visible sponsorship available. Signage and logo visibility throughout the exhibit hall.

  • Tuesday Luncheon – Buffet lunch service.
  • Wednesday Luncheon – Buffet lunch service.

Morning Coffee Service for conference registrants – total of two, $2,500 each.

  • Tuesday am – 7-8:30 am Coffee service for general session attendees at conference floor

Coffee & Beverage Break Service for all show registrants – total of three, $2,500 each.

  • Tuesday pm – 2:30-3:30 pm lemonade and coffee service in the exhibit hall for all show attendees
  • Wednesday am – 10-11 am coffee service in the exhibit hall for all show attendees

Tote bags – $4,000 – logo will be imprinted on one side of the tote bag. 
Lanyards – $4,000 – logo will be printed on both sides in one color. 
Booth Rental without Sponsorship: 
Your exhibit space without sponsorship is $3,200 and includes a complete package of services including hotel carpeting, draped table, chairs, your company logo on a 14 x 22 sign with an easel, waste basket, free show VIP tickets to download and email to your clients, listing in all printed, web, and email promotion material, free listing in the Official Directory, free exhibit personnel badges in any number, free post-show attendee list with show and conference registrants.
NEW Information – Advertising, Print and Email Marketing:
The Official Program and Exhibitor’s Guide printed in advance, will accept advertising, and will be distributed in advance to our list of 10,000 prospects. It will also be distributed to all conference and show participants. This 8 ½ x 11 program will be a compendium of the conferences and the exhibitors. This reference will have a long life well after the event is concluded.
