The Four Seasons Hotel offers a world class
TCP golf course
for attendees and exhibitors who wish to play on Friday
afternoon immediately after the conference concludes. You
can get a round of golf in and network with your peers, and
be on your late afternoon flight home from DFW Airport 20
minutes away.
Exhibit Opportunity
Included in the exhibit is a complete package of services:
hotel carpeting, draped table, chairs, easel, sign, waste
basket, listing in the official directory, listing in the
pre-conference print, email, web marketing and at-conference
program. Up to four exhibit personnel will be registered as
exhibitors and they may attend the conference and breakfast,
lunch and dinner programs on Thursday and Friday.
Exhibitors will receive a complete roster of attendees after
the show concludes.
The
exhibit fee is $3,500 with this complete package of
services.
