Please fill out the form below to request a booth reservation for 2017 (June 6-7). The rate is $3200 per single booth 8'x10'. Larger spaces available at same rate: $6400 per double booth,  $9600 per triple booth, and $12800 for island booth. All booths include a complete package of services including decorations and at-show marketing.

The complete package of services provided in booth rental include:

  • Pre-show services: free show tickets to invite customers and prospects to join you; listing in the pre-conference promotional brochure.

  • At-show services: complete decoration services, including hotel carpeting, curtain backwall, side dividers, draped table, chairs, sign, waste basket; show directory listing.

  • Post-show services: show attendee mailing list.


THIS IS A NON-BINDING COMMITMENT. YOUR SPACE WILL BE HELD 30 DAYS SUBJECT TO YOUR FINAL APPROVAL. YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE FOLLOWED BY A MAILED FLOOR PLAN TO SELECT SPACE.
