The 2011 National Fixed Income Conference, Oct. 6-7 at the Denver Four Seasons Hotel is your opportunity to hear from industry experts and network among industry peers.

Sponsorship and exhibit opportunities

Our target audience will consist of senior fixed income professionals – senior management, sales, trading, banking, compliance and operations.

Decision-makers will attend this major bond dealer conference. We expect 150 decision-makers to attend this important event.

This national audience will come from at least 50 sell side dealers who wish to network and keep in contact with this vital national marketplace.

Thursday, Oct 6

Breakfast for conferees in the exhibit hall - 7:00-8:30 am

Networking and Refreshment Break in the exhibit hall – 3:15-4:15 pm.

Reception in Exhibit Hall – 5:30-6:30 pm with hors d’oeuvres and drinks.

Friday, Oct 7

Breakfast for conferees in the exhibit hall - 7:00-8:30 am

Refreshment Break in the exhibit hall – 9:30-10:00 am.

Exhibits conclude on Friday morning at 10:00 am.

Exhibit Opportunity

Included in the exhibit is a complete package of services: hotel carpeting, draped table, chairs, easel, sign, waste basket, listing in the official directory, listing in the pre-conference print, email, web marketing and at-conference program. Up to four exhibit personnel will be registered as exhibitors and they may attend the conference and breakfast, lunch and dinner programs on Thursday and Friday.

Associate Members to the BDA will receive an exhibit space as part of their Associate Membership.

Exhibitors will receive a complete roster of attendees after the show concludes.

The exhibit fee is $3,500 with this complete package of services.
