2009 Accounting Technology New York Show & Conference

It is with great pleasure that we announce the 2009 Accounting Technology New York Show, May 20-21 in the heart of New York City at Penn Station, 34th Street and 7th Avenue.

This New York marketplace for accounting technology, computer hardware and software, financial services, will serve a need for the accounting and business community. The event will feature a convenient free show, low-cost CPE sessions accredited by the New York State Education Department, Albany, NY, and an opportunity to network and find out about new technology.

Exhibitors and sponsors are invited to participate in this show which will have the full promotional and marketing support of Flagg Management Inc. We manage the 2008 24th Annual California Accounting & Business Show and the 2008 14th Annual New Jersey Accounting, Business & Technology Show.

The same high level of professionalism that has managed these shows in California and New Jersey respectively for 24 years and 14 years, will be at work to generate quality accounting and business professionals to this two-day New York City event.

The CPE educational sessions will be low-cost at $40 per day with 5 CPE credits and will be instrumental for generating quality on the show floor traffic. The CPE is accredited by the New York State Education Department, Albany, NY.

Flagg Management Inc has produced a similar New York accounting technology show three years ago. That event generated quality attendance for exhibitors and sponsors.

The City of New York is the business headquarters of the world and there is a large universe of accounting professionals eager to see computer-savvy systems to improve their practices and their client operations. They are also interested in financial and business services.

The Wednesday-Thursday event will be at the Penn Plaza Pavilion located at 34th Street and 7th Avenue and right across from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. It is a convenient location with subways, buses, trains, converging at this nexus for New York transportation. Within walking distance are major headquarters offices of major accounting and business firms.

The set-up of the show will be on May 19, Tuesday, on this street level hotel facility. The booths will include hotel carpeting, draped table, chairs, curtain back wall and side dividers, sign, waste basket and a complete package of promotional services.

New York accounting and business professionals will be alerted to the show with substantial promotional mailings, email and web marketing.
