• Booth rental of $3000 for one 10' x 10' booth complete

• Larger spaces are available at the same rate: $6000 per double booth, $9000 per triple booth, $12000 for island space which automatically qualifies you as a participating sponsor

• Free exhibitor personnel badges, free VIP Easy Passes, Web listings, ad listings

• Free listing in pre-show promotional material

• Free listing in the Show Directory

• Free Web site cross-linking to increase exhibitor Web traffic

Exhibitor promotional support:

• Assigned exhibitors will receive an electronic pre-show and post-show list of all attendees’ names, addresses, phone and fax after the event.

• Exhibitors will be cross-linked on our Website to increase your Website traffic. All exhibitor with paid deposits will be listed on our Website and a hot link will speed visitors to your Website.

• Exhibitors will have a free alphabetical listing in the Official Show and Conference Directory that will be distributed at the show. This Directory is the most complete reference to this New York accounting event. It has a 6-month life as a reference well after the show is concluded.

• Advertising and sponsorships opportunities are available, including tote bags, badge holders, coffee and beverage breaks, and other high impact show promotions. Exhibitors can advertise in our official directory.

• Exhibitors can order Free Show VIP Passes in any number to invite customers to the show.

• Exhibitors can download Show banners and buttons to use on your Website to permit your Website visitors to register free on our show Website.

• Exhibitors can download Free Show VIP Passes to email to your customers and prospects.
