Assigned exhibitors will have the opportunity to become participating sponsors. All sponsors will have their company logos on all our printed material. All sponsors will be prominently listed in our pre-show and at-show official program. All sponsors will have signs indicating their sponsorship activities at the show.

Tote bags – $5,000 – logo will be imprinted on one side of the tote bag.

Badge Holders – $5,000 – corporate logo will be printed at top of badge in one 
color.

Badge Holder Lanyards – $5,000 – logo will be printed on cloth lanyard in one color.

• Back cover, 8 ½ x 11, 4-color – $5,000

• Inside front cover, 8 ½ x 11, 4-color – $3,000

• Inside back cover, 8 ½ x 11, 4-color – $3,000

• Full page 8 ½ x 11, 2-color – $2,000

Booth Rental without Sponsorship: Your exhibit space without sponsorship is $2,500 and includes a complete package of services including electric, hotel carpeting, draped table, chairs, ID sign, waste basket, free show VIP tickets to download and email to your clients, listing in all printed, web, and email promotion material, free listing in the Official Directory, free exhibit personnel badges in any number, free post-show attendee list with show and conference registrants.
